Given the context of the album, this is probably Miss Harriet Carlyon (1813-1881), daughter of Doctor Clement Carlyon of Kenwyn in Cornwall. Her sister Caroline married Doctor Charles Foster Barham.

Born on 31 January 1813, Harriet Carlyon was baptised in Truro on 20 April 1813. 

She appears on the 1851 and 1861 censuses living in Kenwyn with her father Doctor Clement Carlyon and her mother Eliza. 

Harriet died died in Truro on 14 December 1884, leaving an estate valued at £8913. Her will was proved by her brother, solicitor Edward Trewbody Carlyon.
