Probably Sir James Williams Drummond, Bart., who in 1853 married Lady Mary Eleanor Hamlyn-Williams of Clovelly Court, the daughter of Sir James Hamlyn-Williams, 3rd Bart. of Edwinsford.
The 1861 census shows Sir James and Lady Drummond living with her parents at Clovelly Court. He gives his profession as 'Bart., Dept. Lieut., J.P.' and his age as 48.
Sir James Williams Drummond 'of Hawthornden, Midlothian, and Edwinsford, Carmarthenshire' died, aged 52, on 11 May 1866 at 23 Portman Square, London. He left an estate valued at £800.
