Lady Georgiana Cholmeley
(1809-1880)

Born Lady Georgiana Beauclerk on 11 September 1809, her father was William Beauclerk, 8th Duke of St Albans.

On 10 February 1829 she married Montague John Cholmeley, who two years later succeeded his father and became 2nd Baronet Cholmeley of Easton Hall in the County of Lincolnshire. The marriage produced one son and one daughter.

Between 1826 and 1831 Lord Cholmeley was the Member of Parliament (Liberal) for Grantham. He later represented North Lincolnshire from 1847 to 1852 and again from 1857 to 1874. He died on 18 January 1874.

Lady Georgiana Cholmeley died, aged 70, on 8 January 1880, at Easton Hall in Lincolnshire. She left an estate valued at £2000.
