Senateur Barbaroux
(1792-1867)

The politician Charles Ogé Barbaroux was the son of the Revolutionary leader Charles Jean Marie Barbaroux, who was guillotined in 1794. 

In 1831 was appointed the procureur général [English: general prosecutor] for the Île Boubon and in 1849 he was elected the deputy for La Réunion. 

He died in 1867.
