Fijian man
A carte-de-visite portrait of a Fijian man. An inscription on the album page identified him as 'Mata-na-Tamboa (Point of a Whale's Tooth) / Chief of the Cannibals / on Viti Levu (Fiji).

condition: The print has limited tonal range and shows a small amount of foxing. The mount
is in excellent condition, with crisp edges and sharp corners.
