| The soprano Zina Brozia (born 1880), seen here in Massanet’s Thaïs in 1908.
She débuted at the Palais Garnier on 27 March 1908 as Gilda in Rigoletto, next appearing at the Opéra-Comique on 13 September 1908 as Violetta in Traviata. She also sang at Monte Carlo (1908), Parma (1908), and Boston (1911). In 1914 she joined the Théâtre de Gaité à Paris. She continued to sing in Paris until 1950.
