Two mid-twentieth century silver gelatin prints showing a German woman lying in her coffin in the viewing room of a funeral parlour.

Photographed by Foto Ernst KG of Güntzelstrasse, Wilmersdorf. Once a village outside Berlin, in 1920 Wilmersdorf became a part of Greater Berlin.

The prints measure 5.8" by 4.1" (147 mm by 104 mm) including a narrow white border.
