| A matt silver gelatin print showing a baby in a satin-lined, white casket. The previous entry on this page shows the same baby in a bassinet, with the same bed visible in the background. It would be logical to assume that this photograph, showing the baby in its casket, was taken just after the one with the bassinet, and indeed, the slight difference in the amount of natural light available supports this assumption.
Photographer and location unidentified, but probably American. The print measures 5" by 7" (129 mm by 179 mm) and is mounted on a piece of grey-brown Bristol board measuring 7.1" by 9.1" (180 mm by 231 mm). |
