Born Charlotte Philadelphia Bower in or about 1837, the daughter of Robert Bower, on 15 November 1859 she married Digby Cayley (1834-1912), a son of Sir Digby Cayley, 7th Bt. The couple had thirteen children and lived at Norton Grove, Malton, Yorkshire. Mrs Digby Cayley died in 1901, at the age of 64. |
